About Us

Developing the Clean Energy Infrastructure of Tomorrow

TerraForge Energy Partners, LP is a North American renewable energy development company focused on utility-scale solar, wind, and battery energy storage projects. We develop projects from greenfield through construction-ready, partnering with landowners, utilities, institutional investors, and off-takers across the United States and Canada.

Our Mission

TerraForge was founded with a clear mandate: to develop utility-scale renewable energy infrastructure that creates lasting value for landowners, communities, investors, and the grid. We focus on the projects and markets where disciplined development creates durable, bankable assets.

Our team brings decades of experience across the full development lifecycle — from site identification and land acquisition through permitting, interconnection, project finance, and construction management. We operate across every major North American power market, with active projects in the US and Canada.

We are long-term thinkers who build relationships that outlast individual projects. Whether you are a farmer considering a solar lease, an institutional investor seeking contracted renewable cash flows, or a utility looking for a reliable development partner — TerraForge approaches every engagement with integrity and expertise.

Execution-Focused
