Heartland Solar + Storage

TerraForge's inaugural utility-scale project, Heartland Solar + Storage achieved commercial operation in late 2022 and has since delivered consistent, dispatchable clean energy to its regional grid operator. The project demonstrated TerraForge's ability to execute complex co-located solar and storage developments from greenfield origination through construction and operations.

Basin Storage Facility

A landmark standalone battery energy storage facility that entered commercial operation in mid-2023. Basin Storage provides critical grid reliability services in a fast-growing southwestern load zone, capturing value through capacity market participation, frequency regulation, and energy time-shifting. The project was TerraForge's first standalone storage development and established the firm as a leading pure-play storage developer in the Western Interconnection.

A portfolio of three co-sited solar generation facilities achieving commercial operation in 2024, delivering clean energy across a single interconnection point to serve a regional utility and two large industrial offtakers. Lakeview represents TerraForge's first multi-buyer, portfolio-structured offtake execution and validated the firm's capability to close complex, multi-party commercial arrangements.

All operational projects are generating clean energy under long-term offtake agreements and are performing at or above pre-construction P50 energy estimates.

The project pairs a modern bifacial solar array with co-located BESS to deliver a firm, controllable renewable energy profile. Site control on approximately 2,000 acres has been secured through long-term option agreements.
